Replacements

If your hydrosol arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please email us at danshydrosols@gmail.com with your order details and a description (or photo) of the issue.

In most cases, we will happily send you a free replacement without the need to return the original item.

If we are unable to resolve your issue with a replacement, we may ask you to return the product.
